Quick Mode allows players to customize their experience by choosing the train, route, weather, and time of day for simulation.

The game offers a realistic simulation with various weather conditions such as clear skies, overcast, fog, rain, and thunderstorms. Players can also choose between different times of the day (9:00, 12:00, 15:00, 18:00, and 21:00) to enhance their gaming experience. The signal system used in Euro Train Simulator is based on the UK railway signaling with green, single yellow, and red lights for easy understanding.

Furthermore, animated passengers from diverse backgrounds are depicted waiting at the stations, adding to the authentic experience. The station designs are meticulously crafted to resemble modern German railway stations. With a total of 10 unique types of trains available, ranging from Bombardier trains to super-fast inter-city expresses, players have a variety of choices for their journeys.

The sound design in Euro Train Simulator is carefully created to provide realism. The game also offers multiple camera angles, including indoor, overhead, God's Eye, reverse, signal camera angle, and a customizable angle.
